Packing and Shipping Charges

  • We charge a nominal fee based on the total weight and volumetric dimensions of your order.

Gift Wrap

  • Other than Hampers, we do gift wrap on request. Please connect with us when you place the order. Hampers are always sent beautifully gift wrapped.

Delivery Time

  • We try to ship products within 48 hours or 2 working days of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.
  • Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping, not including festivals, national holidays, strike or other similar situations.

  • If you wish your order to arrive in two days, do connect with us on our customer care number with your order details. We will see what best we can do.
  • We do offer same day delivery in Mumbai MMR, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Do connect with us for this premium service.

  • We also ship through India Speed Post (in remote places where services of our courier partners are not available).

International Orders

  • We ship through reliable, trusted and cost efficient courier partners.
  • Usually, an international shipment reaches destination country in 3-10 working days unless there are customs or other delays. To know the approximate shipping charges that apply to your country, contact our helpline along with the product you are interested in.
  • Orders will be dispatched only post receipt of the entire bill value.
  • The customer bears the import/customs duty in case applicable in their country.
  • Any customs related delay or costs are to be borne by the customer.
  • No free shipping is applicable on International orders unless specified in the mail by our team.

Exchange and Returns details

We are committed to make your shopping a pleasurable experience, We work very hard to make the very best products for you.

  • We request you to go through the sizing details and product description.
  • We take great care in quality control.
  • Each product is carefully examined before leaving our facility.
  • We are happy to accept an exchange only if the product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product is sent v/s order placed. In that case, we can either refund as store credit if you want to utilize it at a later point or exchange it for another product of same value.
  • Discounted products, nappies, langots, customized products are not eligible for exchange.

How do I return/exchange a product in case of manufacturing defect or defective product or if an incorrect size is shipped?

Write in a request:

  • Write to us at info@zolizabla.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product along with clear photos and package opening video is a must. Do mention the reason for return/exchange. Requests later than the 48hr period will not be considered. However do write to us. Let us see what best we can do.
  • We will approve the return/exchange request if it is a returnable/exchangeable product. A detailed step by step instructions will be emailed regarding pick-up.
  • We assure this is a hassle-free process


  • We provide reverse pick up at select pin codes. In this case, the shipment reaches back to us within 10-15 working days. This also depends on courier company policy. Further process will take place after we receive  the reverse shipment. You will be notified on the same.
  • In some pin codes due to lack of serviceability, you would need to courier back the parcel to us.
  • If incase, you ship it yourself, we highly recommend using a reputable courier service that provides a tracking system. Mention your Name, Order number, and "Zoli, Zabla & more" clearly on the package so that your return can be processed smoothly.
  • In case of pick up from our side, pick-up will be attempted twice.  If courier service is unable to pick-up after two attempts, you will have to ship it back to us. Let us know if the courier company is delaying pick up.
  • We must receive the product in the same condition that you received it in - in its original packaging with tags intact. The shipment is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.


  • Once we receive the return shipment either through reverse pick-up or self-courier, it will be inspected by our quality control crew.
  • An email will be sent to you to acknowledge the receipt of the returned item.
  • On the receipt and validation of the returned original product, the new product will be dispatched
  • Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.


  • If you require more information regarding our products, do not hesitate to connect with us. We will ensure all your questions and doubts are cleared. However, orders once placed will not be cancelled or refunded.
